Booking enquiries
We accept free registrations from qualified NHS healthcare professionals working in Great Britain. We reserve the right to refuse free registration at our discretion – in this event you are welcome to contact our commercial team regarding attendance as a paying delegate. If you have any queries regarding this please contact us at medical@haymarket.com.

MIMS Learning Live Digital sessions will take place from Monday 13 – Thursday 16 March and start at 09:00 (GMT). For more information about session timings and agenda, please visit the website programme page here.
A booking confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address on completion of the online booking form. If you have not received your confirmation email 48 hours after submission of your booking, please contact the customer services team on +44 (0)20 8267 4011 as there may be a problem with your booking.
Haymarket Events, organisers of MIMS Learning Live events, are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of information. Please ensure we have up-to-date and accurate contact information. Haymarket Events reserves the right to decline any booking at any time. If you need to amend your confirmation email address, please email medical@haymarket.com or call +44 (0)20 8267 4011.
Online registrations for MIMS Learning Live Digital include full access to all sessions taking place between Monday 13 – Thursday 16 March 2023. You do not need to pre-book sessions for online events.
If you would like to transfer your booking to a colleague, please login to the online registration portal and amend the details. Alternatively, please contact the customer service team on medical@haymarket.com. Please note, transfers should be made at least a week prior to the event (by 6 March). We cannot guarantee access to the event will be granted before the start of the event if your request is received after this date.
No. The distribution of promotional material, except by exhibitors at their stands, is strictly prohibited. Visitors/delegates are prohibited from selling or promoting any product by word-of-mouth. The organisers reserve the right to remove any literature and to ask the person to leave.
We are currently unable to accept group bookings for MIMS Learning Live Digital, taking place 13- 16 March 2023.
All attendees are required to complete their own online booking. You will not be able to share a registration.
Please log back into the registration portal to cancel your booking. Alternatively, please contact our customer service team via medical@haymarket.com.
Subject to speaker and sponsor approval, presentation recordings will be available to registered delegates post-event via the MIMS Learning website. We will contact you after the event with a link to access.
Attending the event
Joining instructions, including a user guide and unique access link, will be emailed to all registered delegates a week before the event. Please email mims.digital@haymarket.com if you have not received joining instructions.
For best results we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, Edge or Safari (not Internet Explorer).
MIMS Learning Live will be hosted on a web-based digital event platform. Therefore, you do not need to have any meeting software (eg. Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet).
If you have any requirements, disabilities, access or any other needs to attend the event, please let us know when you register your place online. You can also contact our team via medical@haymarket.com to discuss your needs or amend your requirements after registration.
A CPD certificate will be issued for each MIMS Learning Live session you attend. Certificates will be sent to your registered email address within three working days of the session you attended.
Your personal information will not be displayed on the online event platform. All questions submitted during live Q&A are moderated, therefore other delegates will not be able to see your questions or personal information. Please note, when submitting your question during live Q&A your job title and organisation will be visible to the session chair only but you have the option to post anonymously.

Sharing your details with the content sponsor is always your choice and you will always be provided with a clear opportunity to indicate if you would prefer us not to share this information.
